1. Service Description

NadirLabs.AI is a quantitative cryptocurrency analysis and portfolio management tool. It provides algorithmic scanning, signal detection, autonomous trade execution, and AI-powered market analysis for Binance Spot markets.

We provide software tools — we do not manage, advise on, or control your investments.

2. Not Financial Advice

NadirLabs.AI is NOT a financial advisor, investment manager, broker-dealer, or registered investment entity. We do not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or asset management services. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

3. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for configuring scanner parameters, risk settings, and execution preferences.
• You are solely responsible for your API keys and their permission scope.
• You assume 100% of the risk associated with cryptocurrency trading.
• When autonomous execution is enabled, the system trades on your behalf using your configured parameters.
• NadirLabs.AI does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds.
• Your funds remain on Binance under your control. We interact only through API keys with trade-only permissions.

4. No Guarantee of Profits

There is NO guarantee of profits, returns, or any specific financial outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

5. What We DO Guarantee

• Mathematically precise algorithms (mean reversion, statistical analysis, volume analysis).
• Rigorous testing (450+ automated tests).
• Transparent signal scoring — every decision is visible and auditable.
• Real-time data from Binance with order fidelity.
• Continuous development and improvement.

6. Limitation of Liability

NadirLabs.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Financial losses from the autonomous trading system.
• API errors, exchange downtime, or Binance connectivity issues.
• Software bugs, despite rigorous testing.
• Market conditions, flash crashes, or liquidity events.
• Unauthorized account access from compromised API keys.

Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. API Key Requirements

Users MUST configure Binance API keys with:

• Trade-only permissions (withdrawal must be DISABLED).
• IP whitelist restricted to the NadirLabs.AI server IP.

You are responsible for the security and proper configuration of your API keys.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without 100% uptime guarantees. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability. We are not liable for interruptions from maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events. During downtime, open positions on Binance remain unmanaged.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may request account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove all API keys and trading data from our systems.

10. Founders Pack

Founders Pack licenses are lifetime, non-transferable, and limited to one account per license. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the activation date. After 30 days, the license is irrevocable but non-refundable. Early access to future products is included with no guaranteed delivery date.

11. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Data We Collect

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Credit card numbers or payment details (handled by payment processor).
• Binance account balance (only cached temporarily for display).
• Personal identification documents.
• Browsing data or third-party tracking cookies.

Encryption & Security

• Binance API keys encrypted at rest using AES-256 symmetric encryption (Fernet).
• Encryption key stored separately from database.
• API keys are never stored in plaintext.
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt with salt.

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

The only external communication is between our server and the Binance API, using your API keys, for your account.

Your Rights

• Access — Request a copy of all stored data.
• Rectification — Update your email or display name.
• Deletion — Request complete account deletion (API keys, trading data, settings).
• Portability — Export your trade history via CSV.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics. No Google Analytics. No cookie banners required. No cross-website tracking.
